About Us

DUSTIN R. MARCELLO, ESQ.

With extensive experience in criminal defense and trial advocacy, I have practiced law across Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho, representing clients in state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. My career spans roles as a defense attorney, Pro Tempore Judge in North Las Vegas, and assistant professor in trial advocacy at UNLV’s Boyd School of Law. I have a strong background in indigent defense, serving over 12 years with Nevada’s Federal CJA program. Additionally, I’ve contributed legal insights to prominent media outlets like CNN, Fox News, and NBC, and engaged in legislative work with the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association. Recognized by the Nevada Association of Criminal Justice with the Karen Winckler Dedicated Community Service Award, I also serve as a panelist for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and remain active in the legal community through organizations like the Nevada Society of Italian American Lawyers.
